I'm getting ready to turbo the SC400, I'm thinking about the external engine accessories that shouldn't be pressurized like:

Valve cover- I thought of plugging the connections under the throttle body and the one on the driver side intake manifold and use a catch can or mini air filter instead for the valve covers.

EGR- needs to be deleted and plugged?

There are also tons of vacuum lines on the intake manifold, ok to pressurize?

For those who boosted the sc400 what did you do?

The PCV valve should work . But if not a one way valve can be installed in line, I got mine from a Nissan brake booster vacuum hose to booster... You'll find most accessories have a one valve on them? If not just fit one one... The valve cover to throttle body vent must be disconnected and vented to turbo inlet via oil separator...
Some vac lines like fuel tank vents via charcoal canister would be better vented to air cleaner or turbo inlet.. The last thing you want to do is pressurize the fuel tank.. Though in SOME cases this is done... Early Mazda turbo etc....

There's a line that goes to the power steering valve
a couple on top and side of the throttle body
there's one more behind the manifold that goes to the heater valve I believe...
