i need valve shims for my 3.4 but dealer wants 15 each, times 6 is too much for some bs steel discs. anyone have the hookups?

Sorry, but what's a 3.4?

Are you talking about a 2JZ-GTE 3.4 stroker motor? They're not the same size shims as the UZ family

But to answer your question, try Curt Aigner @ Elmhurst Toyota in Chicago. Great hookup for "any" Toyota parts.
