Anyone tried unplugging the MAFS

Anyone else tried unplugging the Mass Air Flow Sensor and leaving it off on a 92-94 SC400? The difference is amazing.

I noticed better acceleration, but my mpg took a dip.

It's amazing isn't it?! I have to run mine like this (failsafe mode) all the time at the moment as it misfires in normal mode. There is loads of extra torque at the bottom end and it spins the wheels so easily. I went on the motorway, floored it to 70 and at around 65 it started spinning the wheels and slipping the rear out! Lmao. The downside is that I get 16MPG everywhere, even when cruising.
