bought it for my project, had it installed at great cost - found that all was well as long as I didn't require steering or brakes as the newly installed motor blocked those areas on the firewall. lesson learned.

motor and trans are bolted together - never been apart as far as I know. has wiring harness including trans harness, all covers, accessories, ECU, rear sump, etc. pulled the front off it to replace the timing belt and relocate some of the accessories, once I realized that the motor wouldn't fit I just packed everything up and didn't touch it further. I've never run the motor so it is sold as is. Was told that it has 44k on it. Has remote oil relocator and 36 tooth wheel . first $500 takes it.
