3uz-fe non-interference motor

Ok gang, I have a 2001 3UZ-FE out of a Lexus LS430. I got it cheap, and I'm wanting to rebuild it to be a good mostly stock motor. One of the pistons is messed up slightly, and two of the valves are bent. I would like to make it a NON interference motor. I don't know what parts I need to do that. Ideally I'd lower the compression and set it up for boost, but I am more than willing to get a 1UZ-FE engine as a parts donor, or get 1UZ pistons, and rods, if that will make it non-interference.

Any help you guys can give would be great. I searched for a while, but I wasn't able to find a direct answer, hence my asking.
