You could try the www.is300.net forums for more advice. Quite a few guys there have undertaken this conversion. Be sure to do a search before asking questions otherwise expect to dealt a harsh newbie welcome.
NA-T is where you turbocharge you existing NA motor. Several companies sell kits for the 2JZGE however your 98 will be VVTi so be sure to ask them about how to control ignition and fuelling (there are differences between the non VVTi and VVTi 2JZGE). Powerhouse Racing and Toyomoto are two companies that make such kits - I think Toyomoto is Florida based. They have websites - check them out.
