1UZFE wiring

Hi All
need help in wiring a 1UZFE from a soarer wirh standard ecu (40/40/40 pin). I'm using the engine with a 5 speed in a kit car. What I need to know is what wires I can disconnet without any problems and what wires need to be fooled so it will run. Has anyone drawn up a diagram? any help will be great. Thanks
