1UZFE hydraulic pump?

Hi there, on the front of my 1UZFE is a hydraulic pump. As this engine is going into a range rover I'm re routing the belts on the front, and either will have to remove this pump or connect it to a resivior and let cycle constantly. I understand it is for running cooling fans, or someone suggested suspension?

Anyway, does anyone know the specs of this pump unit. how many gallons per minuite, operating PSI etc? and is it going to be suitable to run a milemarker or similar winch?

Any info on it is welcome guys, cheers.
