1uzfe bore liners

There has been a lot of talk about fitting bore liners from the Tundra for increased capacity. My question is more simple. How far can the standard liners in an 1uzfe be bored without risk? 20 thou first rebuild, 40 thou second... does anyone have any info that this would not be possible or experience of boring for a rebuild with the standard liners? Any info/advice appreciated.

they are THIN... rehoning would be max for reliable setup...

Liners are 2mm thick.

Max oversize that looks safe is 10thou.

So... (and forgive the newbieness of the questions, please)... those people who are replacing standard pistons with 20 thou over low compression pistons for instance are sourcing replacement bore liners?

If I'm on track with that assumption, who supplies replacement liners and what kind of cost do they run to?

bore max size

hi guys, dug this up its for a 1990 ls400 1uz, has some interesting numbers,about the middle of the doc it says the max bore size is 87.73 mm
