I had to keep testing fitting the exhaust and finally just welde on a 2 bolt flange were the 3 bolt flange was. I also used an old tensioner with an aluminum mount and cut if off and welded it to the hydro fan pump in order to re-gain some clearance. And the oil filter bracket fits just fine. Doesn't even come close to hitting the frame.

And then from underneath at a look at the exhaust flange. The exhaust needs to come down between the frame rail and the torsion bar. Very tight fit.

S SuperRunner New Member Messages 657 Location orem, ut Sep 22, 2006 #11 havn't had time to work on it much lately, but I have almost got the radiator done, and let me tell you clearance is tight. here is a little video clip of the engine running with just the downpipes. http://www.supracharged.com/swaps/87rv/rad/open_pipes.wmv http://www.supracharged.com/swaps/87rv/open_pipes.wmv I also have the exhaust system done. That is about it so far.
