1UZ into cressida help

Gday guys. you might remember I was going to do this years back but the whole thing got put off until now.
One thing I cant seem to figure out is, how to go about the hydraulic fan stuff. I do not wish to keep it, and I need to remove (at least) the hard line that is to the left side (passenger side RHD) of the crank. You see I need to use a 2UZ landcruiser oil filter housing (which I have already) but it fouls this hard line.

Any information regarding this greatly appreciated. Cheers

Getting rid of the pump and replacing it with an idler has been discussed many times on this Forum.

Do a search and the answer is there.

Yeah sorry, I've been looking but coming up with nothing. I havent been on these forums for quite a while, i forget where the relevant information all is!

the surf 1uz im working on at work has had the front pump assembly removed and one fitted from a crown i guess which doesnt have the pump
this works ok but when i tried to tidy the front end of motor i saw the crown pulley assembly doesnt have the small hole for the 6mm bolt on th front face which holds the side of the coil bracket so the crown must have different coil bracket but there is still a big bolt on side of motor for coil bracket

hey mate just get one of a lany with a 2uz it is an idler not a pump
