Worn out heated seat - 91 LS400 - anyway to fix?

The driver's side heated seat of my '91 LS400 still works, but takes too long to heat up and never gets as warm as the passenger side heated seat.

Anybody know how to fix or replace? Without purchasing and installing the entire seat?

If it is still working then its little hard to fix. Your seat just aged.....

That's what I feared. Guess I have to move to warmer climate... that's one way to fix it, huh?

I have a 95 and both of my seat heaters are completly done. Do I replace the seats entirely? Or can I replace the heater without tearing up the seat?
