Hi guys just letting you know that I'm turboing a 5 speed sc400 at the moment and i thought you might like to know whats going in it.

1.TRUST T88-38GK
2.HKS 60mm Wastegate
3.Hypertune dual plenum
4.Hypertune 76mm TBx2
5.4"exhaust split into dual 3"
6.custom 500mmX400mmX100mm intercooler
7.power steering cooler
8.engine oil cooler
9.custom fuel rails
10.700cc injectors
11.1000hp magna flow fuel pump
12.custom radiator
13.Motec M800 computer
14.Blitz ID III boost controller.

I can't think of anything else at the moment but i can send some pics to someone that will post them up.
The car should make about 300kw at the wheels on about 8 psi.
but no one really knows.
this turbo has been proven for 1200hp in drag racing RB26's.

The owner will be using it for drift and daily driving.
Cheers
Ben

Just remeber that we are dealing with a 4 L V8.
unfortunatly i can't show any pics just yet as the owner wants them to go up once the car is finished.
we have just finished the twin plenum and twin 76mm TB set-up however.

hay man thats gr8!
keep us posted.
i am building a quad powered drift car my self. i am running a R154 supra box behind it. at this stage i am opting for a eaton m90 ported supercharger. mainly because there is very limited room for a turbo manifold between the chassis rails in the vs commo.(blew up the stock six at the komokazi battle at winton) at this stage i have all the bits sitting in the shed. now the fun begins!!!!

Hey guys just giving you an update on the cars progress.

we went with a 720x300x76mm intercooler.
2x bosch 044 fuel pumps
and we are now going to use a Haltech E11 for the tuning.

From all of the results from other turbo 4 L v8's.
I'm sure 400kw at the wheels shouldn't be too many problems.
sorry for the no photos, but once its finished i'm sure you will agree it has been worth its time.

Cheers and its great to see people turboing such good motor.

Ben
