sway bar clearance issues with s13 1uz

im in the middle of my swap and noticed my stock sway bar wont clear mt oil pan anyone else having this issue?? the motor can only possibly go back another 1/4 inch before it hits the crossmesmber and the sway bar needs at least 3/4 of and inch to bolt back up. im thinking the only thing to do is modify my oil pan. just curious if anyone else has had this problem and what they did.
