Anyone with SC300 or SC400 with solid axle? I am thinking about either Chevy or Ford sold axle. Most likely it will be Chevy rear end. What do u guys think of it?

well don't supra's runs 9's on stock axles with 1000+ hp, what are you planning on?

There would be some major engineering needed to go non IRS. With no real benefit unless you're looking at 2,000hp+

So within 1000 hp, the stock IRS would be ok?

Your half shafts will need to be changed out past 550rwhp on the LS. The upgrade is the MKIV Supra Turbo half shafts.

Would you have a photograph of a Supra shaft out of the car?

Plus what is the PCD of the flange bolts?

Unfortunately, not on hand. I'll make it over to Titan on Wednsday and I'm sure thye have one about. I'm not sure the PCD of the bolts, it's been years since I've looked.

Well the Ford "9" backend have allways been popular with the tough "rearend" Mob here(Aus) Reason being they can take heaps of HP,and relatively cheap..One thing though,they are heavy..

i thought all the high HP supra's snap axles like crazy. thats what the MVP car had issues with so they swapped their diff for something else.
