i know this is a slightly older thread, but 300whp should be doable with
1UZ-FE VVTI
headers
intake
exhaust
and a aftermarket computer (planning on using a MAPECU2)
might do some lextreme cams too if it fits into budget. does that sound about right through a factory auto?
