No big deal, just unplug everything from the ECU, pull the harness through the firewall and lay it on top of the engine. Don't forget to disconnect the alternator/ AC harness from the crossmember under the engine.
If the GS is going to be scrapped, cut out the radiator support between the headlights then you won't have to lift the engine/trans assembly so high.
I've done it this way twelve times now using just jack stands and an engine crane.
