a650e transmission in non vvti 1uz ( using vvti ecu) is it possible ?

so i want to use a650e trans in my non vvti 1uz and was wondering that if i use the vvti ecu to control the engine and the trans(obviously i will have to rewire everything but, is it possible (like we shutoff vvti and introduce cop's in non vvti engine) will it work and what other essential things would be needed to run the non vvti engine on vvti ecu .
