3.50" Stroke Conversion

For some of you N/A guys. Here is an opinion to increase cubic inch.

Using 2uzfe block with modified 2uzfe crank from 3.31" to 3.50"

ENGINE-BORE--STROKE-DISPLACEMENT
1UZFE 3.44" (.02" over) X 3.50" = 4.31 or 4.3LITER
2UZFE 3.70" (.02" over) X 3.50" = 4.98 or 5.0 LITER
3UZFE 3.58" (.02" over) X 3.50" = 4.67 or 4.7 LITER

I was told to modify the crank is about $1,000 USD and the max stroke would be 3.50" on the 2UZFE Crank. Since the stroke changed a new set of rods would require and possible custom pistons.

I wonder how short a rod will the longer strokes need? Rod/stroke ratio may get a little on the low side.

are you sourcing the 2UZ-FE crank and its $1,000 out the door, or its we supply the crank plus $1,000 for the work done to it.

i'm looking for a drop in affair for the 1UZ-FE with added rods and pistons separate.

Whoosa FE Crank Stroker

2 UZ FE crankshaft or buy a used stocker in nice shape
to send them.


I'm looking at using the HONDA rod journal 48mm size - reduce weight and
use the offset to dial in the fit.


MANLEY makes Ultra Lite steel rods ? - just got a Catalog.


I am all for as light a weight Rod / Piston as you can economically
afford - same for lightening the crankshaft - so checking out VENOLIA for Pistons.

Other thought is destroking the UR 5.7 4.02" crank to 3.75"
for a 5.5 2 UZ FE.
