where did the vvti 1uz u have bought originate from
did u know that most or maybe even all vvti 1uzs have security in the ecu
so unless u have a full front cut its a big pain wiring it up to the std vvti ecu
i looked into wiring one up but price endded being to much for the customer by the time i got the security side of it sorted

vvti security started bout 2000
those wiring diagrams are for security
check your wiring and if it all matches but the immobiliser wiring is missing then
im guessing there is no security in the ecu
if the immobiliser wiirng is there then its in the security
also do you have the accelerator pedal cause they are fly by wire

i just got this engine last night. so will i need the ecu from the car the engine is out of?
