    I want to do a spot of modyfying to the inlet manifold and will need to stick it back together when i'm done. Does anyone know what grade of ali the manifolds are made from or what grade of tig filler rod i need?

    At what kind of boost levels does an RRFPR become necessary? I'm only looking to run low levels 5-7psi on factory ecu and injectors to start with. Will i need an RRFPR?

    I'm looking to use a bypass valve from a mini cooper that has an M45 blower on it on an M90. I can't see a reason that it shouldnt work - have i missed something?

    Blower snout length.

    What length of snout is needed to clear the water bridge? Theres an eaton m90 come up at a good price but the snout length is 195mm from the outer face of the pulley to the ring of bolts that fixes the snout to the body. I've had a quick measure and it looks very close.

    Have established that the ecu is ok, its been tried in a soarer and is fine. I am running a main relay. The error code 15 has cleared with the addition of a pair of good ignitors, but it still wont run. The only fault code now is 31 which is the afm. This shouldnt prevent it from starting...

    I had heard the fuel ecus have a bad reputation, so its not connected yet. One thing at a time should have kept it simple!     I have one thick black/red not connected that is going to go to the fuel pump ecu. I have 12v at the +B on the diagnostic connector with the ignition on and whilst cranking. I have 12v at the fuel injectors and the ignitors also. That was a very specific question, do you have something in mind?
