Sounds like a killer build I have fitted a 1uzfe in my 2003 extra cab 4wd hilux and thrown an m90 from bullet on it . Its my everyday driver been 5 years and love it , I have also built a beachbuggy with 1 uzfe in it and looking to supercharge it , I will attempt to make up my own supercharger...

Running 6 psi on the terra charger m90 and i fitted a factory fuel pump out of a soarer into the tank ,still need to fit swirl pot in the tank does hesitate when tank under a quarter.

I did all my own wiring as well, a good learning curve , hang in there nothing more satisfying then taking on a challenge and succeeding. If you can post some pictures it would be good to see how your travelling.

No problem sounds good when doing the wiring I recommend hooking the engine malfunction light to your dash , comes in handy if your engine wants to talk to you by throwing a code.

The true track diff set up looks great did a bit of reading seems to be a bit more expensive to the auto locker though. I done my first half shaft cv with an open center diff and the next with the locker both times i was on full steering lock giving her a bit in low range , I dont do that any...

That's mainly city driving and yes 2100 @ 100km/hr. Drives good and no problem pulling 2 tonne trailer.

Engine is a 91 sc400 no extra cooling for supercharger . I am using a landcruiser hzj aluminium radiator with 16 inch puller thermo fan ,will only warm up if reved hard thru soft sand. I am getting just over 7km per liter of fuel . The car weighs 2 tonne i dont know how to post any pictures off...

problem solved Finally worked it out yellow wire feeding power into the auto selector wasnt powered up therefore computer wasnt being told which gear was selected . All good now thanks for the replies.
