Code confusion

My 1uz Hilux has thrown up a code or two.
I am not sure if it is two codes 7 and 8, or one code 78.
I have multiple code lists, some list 7/8 as TPS and IAT sensors.
But other code lists do not start until code 12 which would make it 78 which is fuel pump control.
Any idea?

78 - fuel pump control is a very common code when people wire these engine incorrectly. Often results in the vehicle losing power after a period of driving. Cycling power to ecu resets the issue for a short period.

Strange thing is I checked the fuel filter and it was clogged with particles of foam from the fuel cell. The foam is breaking down.
I cleaned everything, put in fresh fuel, reset the ecu and run the car for 20 minutes giving it a good run hitting the limiter.
Code 78 did not come up again, but 71 did this time.
71 being EGR why would it now come up? Its deleted.
