Any good SC Installer in NYC Area ?

Hi,
I have a problem to find somebody to upgrade my sc400 '93 in NYC area. I have already installed M90 working at 5.5 psi (FAT kit) , same manifold what Richwood Technologies offers. Car is working good almost a year with M90, but I would like to go on 12 psi. I had alot of problems to find somebody and to run just 5.5psi - no experience with 1uzfe.
So, I need somebody who did already M90 installation on SC/LS400 in my area.

Why do you need someone with experience specific to the 1UZ ?
get someone who knows how to tune cars. You need a smaller pulley, bigger injectors etc...

OK, maybe I need just experiened tuner. Can somebody PLEASE give me a contact info of the some good tuner(s) in NYC (NY-NJ-PA) area.
