    Well I've only done a few, but the ones I have set, have needed to be within 5ish thou. Just my .2c anyway.

    TPS has to be spot on. No real move to move. Buy a set of feelers and do it right. 40 thou to a mm, so maybe find something that's spot on a mil and use that....?

    hydraulic oil pressure solenoid

    the red liquid is hydraulic fluid for the engine fan. There is an engine fan reservoir on the left hand side of the engine bay (if you're standing infront of the vehicle). Top it up there after you've replaced the solenoid. I have a solenoid for sale, but i'm sure you can find one closer....

    All 3 of mine don't. And the ECU doesn't have provision for them either....? Maybe it's a JDM/USDM thing?

    SC400's only run one pair of O2 sensors.

    Sudsy, got a part number by chance? Or a brand at least? Cheers for the info, replaced the coolant sensor around 4 months back when I originally did the swap.

    Priceless info cheers mate. Lists a 'universal' 4-wire sensor for our 1UZ's. The ones on all my engines are only single wire though. Doesn't seem right to me.
