Regarding ACL bearings. They have been supplying them for years. You need to have your crank journals linnished to std. size as Toyota bearings will vary according to each journal.I can provide part numbers if anyone needs them or you can buy them thru Bulletcars.com
There is a photo of a BMW with M90 supercharger on www.bulletcars.com PHOTOS page 15
this car runs 9lb boost with EMS ecu. There are also some early Bullets with 10lb boost and dual throttle bodies running standard compression. 98 RON fuel and well tuned ecu is a must.
Re. comp ratio .Once you decide your desired power output and you are limited to 98 fuel then it's the required boost that determines the CR.If you love the loud peddle go with 8.5.
Boost will be effected by ports, manifold design, exhaust and most importantly the CFM capacity of the inlet tract including throttle body, air filter and the entry to the supercharger. Pulley calculations are usually only a guide .When it comes to performance and throttle bodies- size...
My 1UZ makes 430fwhp with M90 on 10lb boost. Stock rods since 2002. An M112 will give 500hp plus , the rods would be OK with ARP bolts But forged H beams would be better if you can spare the $$$.
