thank, i been doing some more searching and have found the the cost side between putting a 1uz in a 300 to manual conversion on a 400 is about the same. and the reason is that i want the v8 but i found a deal on a 300 that has a bad motor, and in thinking it over its easier to do the manual...

i was thinking and would like to know the main diffs. between the 300 and the 400, and what all i would need to swap the 1uz in to the 300 to see if that be a cheaper way to have a manule?
