Sorry for the crappy quality pics. They usually have a cobra emblem in the center but I had my buddy that owns a vinyl shop cover them in black and do the red L emblems, cost me about 10 bucks. This is before the drop and roll but you get the idea.
Cheers
I am running the Saleen replicas on my SC400 18X9 +18 front and rear and they clear the LS400 calipers by a mile. And look sweet. Just make sure you use come hub centric spacers because the inner hub Diameter on the Mustang wheels are much larger than the Lexus ones.
I agree X10000000%. Just a funny quote none the less. Mine handles like that currently because it needs new bushings.... but that will be rectified presently.
Greatest show on earth hands down. I have seasons 5 through 13 and have watched them 1 million times........ Even though Clarkson says "Driving a Lexus, is like driving around a bucket of warm wallpaper paste". LMAO Still best show ever.

Bump.... any updates? i have been thinking about doing this myself. I have 4 928's and one of them is my 5spd donor car that I am looking to swap. :D
I love these cars, but with the stock drive train, mods and up keep is expensive. The 5 spd is a 1980, never wrecked and straight as an arrow...
Thanks again, your help is much appreciated. Hopefully the new motor will have a good engine side harness, maybe I will look for a front clip or something.
I love this car, and the motor. Even thinking about putting a 1UZ in my Porsche 928...... Much cheaper to get parts for.....
Thanks...
:D
Thanks once again Zuffen.
I read your post and got to thinking about the lower of the two plugs shown below, and how it was so badly broken when we reinstalled it. I wondered ,could I possibly put the plug in 180 deg. out since the outer shell was broken and there was no real way to...
Gents,
So after the starter ordeal(still trying to sort that one out) I finally had a chance to return to working on the car. I fired up the car and it seemed to be running rough. So I backed it out of the garage and pulled out of the driveway. It had no power and felt like it was running on...
Gentlemen,
Thanks so much for the responses! I will check this stuff out this weekend and see where that takes me. I haven't checked under the fuse box or any of the wires, besides the under dash wires and the ones coming into the starter from the back of the block( which is obviously difficult...
Thanks for the response. I did test this one before installing in and this would be the second starter it has happened too, tha is what puzzles me so much. If I have to go in there again i will have it tested again. Thanks again, good thing it gets easier to change out every time lol.
Thanks again
Gents,
I am have a serious problem with my SC, I did a search and couldn't find anything quite like this.....
Here goes. So when I purchased my SC the starter was bad in it so it would not start. So when I bought it I did the DIY starter replacement with the help of some great posts I found...
