the temp outside has a effect on this problem when it's warm the transmission works fine...when it's colder then 65 outside then the transmission acts up like clockwork what do u think?

what would cause this problem it dont matter if i have it on normal or power it just comes out of overdrive and into 3rd when i press brake pedel....any ideas?
