Hey guys,
Super new here but have been lurking the forums for a while. I'm currently putting a vvti 1uz into an 87 Fc3s rx7 drift car. Right now we have the JDM VVTI engine, the Collins performance swap parts, and the sr20 trans to make it work. The engine showed up with cut harness and no ecu. So what I need from anyone in North America is:
- Full rear sump
- VVTI engine harness
- VVTI Ecu
- Alternator for VVTI 1uz, not sure if different from non-VVTI.
- Power steering pump for VVTI 1uz, again not sure if different from non-VVTI.
- And lastly I wasn't sure if the 1UZ runs on cables or coilpacks, but those are needed as well.
Thanks again guys and I can't wait to show off the swap. In a few months you'll see a vvti 1UZ in my R33 too haha.
