ribbed pulley for serpentine tensioner

hey has anyone found a bigger ribbed pulley for the serpentine tensioner
the way im running it now it would sold 90% of my problem

i machined out the centre of my powersteering pump as i didnt need it, and tigged it onto the smooth idler, works well, idea maybe if not get a 8 ribbed pulley and get some one to machine it up and weld it for u

i did something similar but it fails cause the bearing in the pully is shot and squeaks to high hell
