HELP!!! WEIRD IGNITION TIMING READING

Hey guys, I have a 1993 Lexus ls400. Got the car for 500 bucks, was running on 4 cylinders due to a bad coil. Replaced the coil, plugs, wires, caps, rotors, ect. Was running great for a weak or so and then suddenly lost power. Been chasing this issue for months. Been daily driving it as well. Car has had fuel regulator and dampener, fuel pump, 3 sets of plugs, fuel pump, fuel filter, maf sensor, Tps, Tps calibration, 2 new cam sensors, coolant temp sensor to ecu. I put a timing light on it yesterday and it was reading 90 degreese advaced, with or without cam sensor plugged in, found broke wires on cam sensors, replaced them today. Now is reading 80 degreese without base timing jumper and 70 with jumper in. So ecu is adjusting but it is wayyy out and some how still runs decent enough to drive it everyday. Anyone have a clue if the ecu could cause this? It has been rebuilt in 2012. From my theory it would have to be mechanically out of time right?

Thanks so much for the help!
