LS Fan Bracket + clutch fan?

Hey guys just a quick question everyone who deleted the hydro pump on the SC400 with the LS fan bracket, are you guys still able to use the clutch fan? Or did you move to an electric?

It seems like my hydrofan is slowly dying, and I do have the LS fan bracket, but I'm just worried if the LS clutch and fan will fit, or if I have to go electric fans.

It's 100+ here in Texas, and it seems like my fan just isn't doing as well as it used to, plus A/C isn't as cold

I think I just may add an aux fan for A/C.

The car used to keep the car at under half (on the temp gauge) but now it sits dead center, and of course, the A/C isn't as cold as it used to be. Everything else on the cooling system seems fine though (Koyo Rad and oil cooler for trans) just the fan doesn't seem to spin as much as it used to.

that's a rather vague answer.

So does the fan setup from the LS fit the SC?

Also I added another fan today pushing into the condensor, made a world of difference!

Sorry... you can use the mechanical fan from the LS for the SC.

I'll see how much longer the hydro fans last, I think I may go electric after from a lincoln mark viii or for taurus.

I used the taurus fan on my MKIII 1uzfeT so it should be fine a stock SC4.

I really dont like electric fan if I dont have to use them.

Here is why:
* NOISE: 2-3 times louder than stock
* WIRING: You have to find the right wire to trigger the fan with relay.
* Control: You might need a temperature sensor to control the ON/OFF
* RELIABILITY: I have few events that my fans die on my and not know it.

Unless u are building a mod car otherwise stick with mechanical fan.
