Hi guys,
Installing my fuel system at the moment.
Can I get some opinions on whether or not to install a check valve between the fuel pump and the rail feeds.
As I'm sure you all know, if installed this will keep pressure in the rails after engine shut down by stopping bleed back through the pump.
Worth while or a waste of money?
Extra strain on the injector seals or not?
I have to join my fuel line at the back of the engine anyway, so I was thinking I could use the check valve as a joiner and kill two birds etc.
Or forget it and just use a joiner.
I have seen it done either way just not sure of the merrits.

The fuel pump may already have an integral check on its outlet. I'm sure the OEM Denso's have this, and probably the aftermarket Walbro's do too?
