i tried to help diagnose this 2 nights ago, I can second that the grounds/fuel/spark are correct. there are forward fires and pops out of the intake and ALL vacuum outlets in the manifold. they seem like they want to breath and fire up, but small deposites of oil spray out the orifices when...

hellz yes! i love it! being a previous subie owner, i had a hard time getting my 93 sc400. my r154 1uz is fun compared to the subie, but this makes me wanna put my big single turbo one and quit BS'n.

im in for some info as well, what all is needed? ECU, heads, cams.....how much of a PITA is the wiring? ive done the baby steps before(hondas:vtec swaps, haha) and i understand how to deal with the vtec solenoid, also how to wire it up. please forgive me as i am not well versed in VVTI stuff...

when i did my R154 swap i used a HOWE bearing, so far so good, some people say theres issues with the howe, so quartermaster is another option. but realistically you can make any bearing work as long as the ID of the bearing will fit over the OD of the trans input shaft, you will have to shim it...

looking to put in a nice koyo 3 row aluminum radiator along with a sc300 coolant overflow bottle on my 93 sc400. my question is what should i do with the smaller stock coolant line that supplies the sc400 expansion tank? should i block it off somehow? does the mkiv /sc300 provide adequate expansion?

im loving this build! keep going! The stock torque converter is HEAVY! since youre only running an alt id say your weight #'s are right on track.
