Hi guys! Had my car to the dyno today. Very happy with the results. At 0,7 bar, I got 427rwhp and 458 ft\lbs. 502 flywheel hp if I assume that there is 15% drivetrain loss. Will post the graph as soon as I got it scaned. Here is a pic of the car from the drag strip yesterday.

If the brake booster is the problem, then I don't understand why you just don't do what I have done. Cut away a little bit of the corner of the head cover, and weld it. There are very big ventilation room in it, so it will not make any diffrence.

The gearbox did fit very nice, but the gearstick is located about 4-5 cm longer forward. Thats with about 1cm engine to firewall clearance. You got quite a car collection!!

The engine was rear sump yes. I have 450cc injectors that will be mounted very soon. But I want to get it dynoed first, just to check. What is bsfc?

It's a s13. Have used r154 gearbox with bullet adapter. Custom oilpan, to get the engine further down and back. T70 turbo and Microtech lt8s ecu. Stock engine. (so far)

When will it be neccessary to change out the stock fuel rails? At what power levels.

I'm just finished puting a 1uzfe into a 90' Nissan 180sx\240sx. It's equiped with a T70 turbo running 6 psi at the moment. Still some work left, but works very good so far.

My engine used a half tank (30 liters) of fuel in about 45 minutes of idle running. The air fuel ratio seams ok, and there is no smell of fuel. This can't be normal.

I'm having some troble with my engine at 3000 rpm. It hesitates, and it seems as it cuts on some cylinders or something. It's only under light load cruising I get this problem. The afr looks very good, and there is not anything starnge with the timing at this rpm. Any ideas?

I found the problem. Was a bad earth cable for the engine. Starts perfectly now.

I have not dynoed it, so I don't know for sure. But it feels like 330-350 fwhp.

This is with a T70 turbo running on a stock engine. Is there any diffrent colors or something I can check on the injectors? The engine is from a 91' Sc400 if that can tell what size they are.

My injectors are getting at full duty cycle at 6 psi of boost. Is this normal? I had expected them to stay with me a little longer.

I had the same problem with the booster in my Nissan 240\180sx. I did just cut out a piece of the cam cover, and welded it. Looks nice, and fits perfect.

I have done that, but I did cut the pod in two pieces, and made threads in both ends. Then put AN-10 couplings on, and pressed hoses. I had to do it because the filter would crash into the anti-swaybar.

Is there any reason why a normal machine shop can not make sleeves? They look very easy to make with a normal cnc machine.
