Like James said, they are all about handling rather than acceleration (although they aren't exactly shy!) or top speed. One of them would probably kill an SC round track, even with the lack of power.

I'm confused, why would you be any more dead in the water if just one COP went bad? John, going back to motorcycle COP's surely these wouldn't have a problem with the heat? Motorcycle engines get alarmingly hot and I doubt ther is much airflow where they would be?

I have a question though, if you fitted a UZ 'backwards' in the rear of a kit car for example and then using a AWD system like from an Impreza/Evo/Skyline for example, how would one go about changing the rotation of the drive since it would be spinning the wrong direction wouldn't it?

You make a good point but in all honesty something like the Superlite Roadster isn't something that is ever going to be truely comfortable in the street by any stretch of the imagination :D Plus also you can turbocharge the various motorbike lumps..... I think I'd just to make it as light...

And are there any adaptor plates you have designed with provisions for fitting air to water intercoolers (instead of using water/etc injection). :D
