if you want to do it really cheap, then use a 7M-GTE, since it was built with turbo in mind, hence the "T" in its model name. the 1UZ might take 500rwhp if your really good at tuning, on stock internals, but thats pushing it. but you can most certainly make 500rwhp on the 7M with a turbo...

if you can explain what these secondary forces are, then i will believe you, but until then ill stick to the philosophy that V12s are the most versitle engine ever made. and that no matter what Vee angle, it will always be the smoothest engine.

thats true, they are both similar is styling, but there are still alot of cars with the long hood style. Supras, 240-280Z, the 250 GTO, the list would go on for a bit. there arent few enough cars in that list to warrant the 599 being a "knockoff" of the MKIIII.

i think its just age and idiot mechanics that is the problem. the engine has been changed or rebuilt, and the throwout bearing wasnt alligned properly. or something to that effect. the left rear wheel bearing is going bad too.

thats not true, a V12 will have almost no vibrations in any configuration. both Audi and Renault prove this, as they both have V12 diesels with atleast 90 degree V angles.

its actually one of the 3L V6s, and its a four door. it wasnt weak, but it could definitely use more torque. i think the tune up i was about to do will help it alot.

but the old BMW V12 is a bit of a troublemaker, or so ive heard. hard to tune because the two ECUs, and loads of other problems. i think they fixed those problems with the new V12 that came out a few years ago. and how would you make a UZFE V12? it seems a bit far-fetched to me.

it died! its horrible. i cant drive it because the clutch is fried. the throw out bearing has been acting up ever since i got it. and now, gone. it held fine before, but now it wont hold 2000 RPMs or even a quarter throttle :ouch:
