i must say with full confidence that my summer wheels SUCKED. those things are going straight to the choppin block this winter.. my smaller winter tires has eliminated all my alignment worrys. no more drifting, no more vibrations..nothing. its magic.. i cant really conclude that the rings...

i was under the impression that Autronic SM4 already offers this. does it actually give you control of the VVT-i or does it just maintain it??

i know its not safe. what im trying to figure out is if you run aftermarket wheels with out the rings will it cause wheel alignment issues i.e. following unevely paved roads, steering vibrations, etc. I just changed back to a set of Lexus wheels (forget which kind) and all these problems seem...

just finished putting on my wheels...with flats (grr...) i confirmed mechanics report aobut missing hubcentric rings for the aftermarket wheels. any comments on alignment issues?

^^Sorry they are aftermarket Niche Rhines that the guy bought seperatly then gave it to the dealer shop to install. The mechanic mentioned in the report that it needed hubcentric rings and it might have alignment probs. ill check today when i change to winter slicks

is it a kit car cobra? i cant imagine an authentic cobra being torn up...

could running w/o the rings cause alignment issues? my 97 SC came with 18s and the car has trouble staying staight on unevenly paved roads. i check the service records for any previous problems and found that they were installed w/o rings....ill check tommorow when i put my winter slicks on
