Yes there is a decent cowling that in my opinion works well and does seal on the radiator. As i say it does cool very well when moving Ive just measured the radiator its 63mm thick. I think you might have a good point with not enough room to remove the heat Hmmmm what to do

How do i know its working properly? It seems to open up before it gets to hot, the fan comes on before it gets to hot as well, but just wont keep it cool after a really long run

Mines just done a 13.6 @ 108mph with a shocking 60ft time of 2.3!! No traction lol doing a 1.46sec lap of ruapuna (minus the dipper) with crap street tires/fried brakes and getting to hot.
