it was just time to do it again, i did one @ 90k & now i have 175K on it. I was just tryin to get the car ready to go to the track in may, but now this. All timing & marks & everything legit. car still starts now & is in time. just something broke in the bottom. I live in arlington tx.

I just installed a new timing belt on sat, & my new s&s headers on sunday night. Had my car trailered to my exhaust shop 50mi away, got the exhaust all finished up, headed home, gettin on it alittle seein how she pulled & difference in the powerband, started to hear alittle noise started slowing...

So john if my thinking is correct,in reading this thread, then the LS seems to have alittle bit more fitment issues than the pics you posted on CL "no more s&s headers" ex: steering rack, short on length, header flange rotated in wrong position. VS the SC, where as the sc's are alittle longer...

Well that **** aint gonna work!!!!!!!! when i started preloading it, it started bending down & then it was touching the hard vent line ontop the tank. Well i guess i gotta do something different. Thats why they call it R & D.

Ok so here is the preload adjustment bolt design. I preloaded it on my welding jig, it seamed to do just fine, but Im on the fence right now w/it right now. Im going to put it in my car tomorrow & see how it does.

No prob man it should be w/in a week or 2. I just got my taps in today for the adjustment bolt. I got 2 bars bent today & ill be taking them to the machine shop tomorrow.

I did that search, that v12 is awesome, i think thats cool that, thats the only v12 toyota has ever made. how much crank hp does that have stock.
