    best Piston rod combination

    I've always gone with R&R rods http://www.rrconnectingrods.com/ for all my boosted engines. I'm not sure if they make them for the 1uz or not but they've always made rods to my exact specs. For pistons I like Wiseco strutted pistions oe Mahle.

    How much for JUST the V3 head unit? I do not need the electic fan conversion at all. Does the V3 need a rebuild? Also, how much for the spacers? Also, are you shipping from Canada? their will be customs fees attached to the parts.

    A V3 sounds good. How hard was it to rebuild? Shouldnt be that hard. I should have the tools since I used to rebuil JB turbos.

    Is the 240sx available there? Or the 300ZX Z32? Both of those have affordable transmissions and can def hold the power of a 1uz.

    building a N/A 1uz and need advice

    Why isnt there a 4.7 sticky? I have to search and read 15 different threads, some being 5 or 6 replies with answers that arent 100% sure. More like "iirc" answers and "use search". I have no problem searching but when it turns up iffy answers and replies not relating, it can be difficult searching.
