Anyone have a do it yourself on fixing the A/C (Heater) fan? Mine isn't working at all. And its really cold here. I would love to fix the heater. What should I look for? Is it easy. Its all under the passenger dash right?

ha ha ha thanks. Yeah its missing then. As for the previous posts about the exhaust buildup might being my RPM problem, I don't think that is it cause I do get the higher RPMs. It's only skips between 1800-2000 Rpms.

For future reference the rotor cap has a key on one side. It is plastic and can be crushed or broken off. I had my timing marks a hair off and it sounded like a VW buggy, and that was maybe a degree so exact is the word. When its on rotate it 36o degrees to ensure it doesn't slip a tooth.

That sounds like the timing and yes you have to take it all apart again. The alternator, a/c, take the radiator out. Everything but that water pump. Make sure everything is torqued, you may have to replace your idler pulleys. Make sure that the marks match the ones on the new belt. Crank shaft...

Does anyone have know where the antifreeze inlet goes on the radiator? Mine was not attached from the fill resevoir to the radiator. There is a spout on the bottom of the radiator but when I hooked it up it didn't fill up the radiator. Thanks
