Ryco Z418 is the filter i use on mine. thats the specified filter for the 4L V8. considerably smaller than the original Toyota filter.

nah they dont ... dynoes should be used for tuning purposes only. say you get a mach truck on a dyno... it'll do what... 1200hp? (thats a guess, but you see where im going), and what does that tell you about performance....stuff all. there is only one true performance benchmark out there...

never heard that one before. i wouldnt worry about it. whatever filter you do get but, if its an oiled type (K&N etc) then keep it a fair distance from the AFM. as they can interfere with the AFM.
