Wiring problem!.. help please

Okay, here's the problem. I am almost finished with my 1uz conversion and I have hit a brick wall. I am good with the mechanical and fabrication part, but when it comes to the wiring I'm lost. Can anyone help? I have emailed a couple people on a couple of different boards and nobody has been able to or been willing to help yet. Anyways, if somebody could help me out with wiring it or the info for what I need to do to wire the truck I would really appreciate it. I will be posting pictures or the truck as soon as it is finished and I will help anyone any way that I can as far as mechanical stuff goes, I'm just no good with electronics. But here's my info if anyone can help:
'93 4Runner 3.0 auto
'91 LS400 donor parts(engine, trans, ECU, wiring)
I am using the LS400 trans mated to a 4Runner t-case.
My ECU is the 26 16 22 26 pin configuration.
