What about fuel pumps?
I have good experience with the 450L/h Walbro fuel pumps. So I did some mods to add two of this E85 ready Walbros into my fuel cell.
I still running only one of this fuel pumps at the actually power level. It's awesome what this fuel pumps can deliver.
If I switch to E85 or run more boost I would need the second pump too.

After some testing and increasing the boost to 1.5 bar, the HKS twin disc clutch slipped. So I had ro uprade the clutch system. Why not building a custom quad disc clutch?
This quad disc clutch can handle about 1800Nm. :)
I had some new HKS discs laying around. First step...
Second step...need two more floater plates.
Third step...need a new hub for the quad discs
Forth step... longer sockets
Fifth step...new 3/4" clutch master cylinder

I had some water temp problems with the Fluidyne aluminium radiator.
I changed the system to a custom 75mm thick copper and brass radiator with 50mm piping.
At first with an electrical SPAL (extreme) fan. Later I switched to the hydraulic fan found in LS/SC 400.

I had to do a custom wheel for the hydro pump because the ATI pulley is slightly bigger than the OEM pulley.

I controll the hydro fan with the AEM EMS with a low side output for only on/off function. But I did some testing with a pulse wide output to realize different fan speeds for different water temps.

Good work! If you still have cooling issues I'd switch that radiator to a single pass configuration, ie flows into one tank and out the other tank. One thing I've really learned about these engines is the cooling systems need flow volume to efficiently cool otherwise the coolant heats up too quickly inside the engine.

This radiator work very well. A lot better than the Fluidyne. But you are right, you need a lot of flow. And a lot of air for cooling. That's why I go the hydro fan way.
 
I also upgrade the brakes. I got a used 14" 8 pot K-Sport brake out of an EVO VII for the front. For the rear I got a 13" Wilwood brake with 4 pot calipers from a friend. He bought it for his VW Corrado but never used it. For the E-brake I add one caliper each side. So I have four calipers for the rear.

To fit the 19" Work wheels at the front I had to relocate the discs and calipers a little bit more to the center of the car. That's why I build custom adapters for the calipers and the discs.

Great set up you have done. A real credit to you... Do you have any video? Im contimplating making a short runner in the next year or so, but when it come time to design, i will purchase a engine building program called pipemax. It allows you to work out optimum runner lengths to suit the camshafts and head flow. might be worth looking into, its not that expensive. Cheers kris.
