V8 IS300 swap

The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
I understand, yellow is a love/hate thing. I really wanted a graphite color car for my daily driver and do the MR2 yellow. I just couldn't paint a yellow car grey. I may do my MR2 grey. :)

Sounds like you've started your homework. Get the motor physically mounted and then go shopping for parts.

As any swap goes, you'll need to answer:
how big of a radiator, hose outlets?
Cooling fans, mechanical or electric?
drive shaft/length floating or fixed?
shift linkage
fuel system, pump forward
Throttle cable, will one of the OEM ones work? or is it custom?
Fuel management system. the earlier 1uz is much more simple than what I did.

Emissions equipment. Even if it's not a current consideration, At least ponder it, I'd venture to say that we will see emission testing everywhere in the next 10-12 years. You're either going to want to keep the car a long time or sell it.

Beyond that, brakes, suspension and other considerations of the chassis to handle the power or weight. Remember, it's a total package that makes a car a pleasure to drive.

And remember KISS (keep it simple stupid) Simple components are almost always cheaper and more reliable than complicated things engineered at home.
