Replacing photos

Thought I should replace some photos that have disappeared from my thread. These ones are from when it was getting built.

Dyno Sheet

Well Im sure people will want start the normal dyno debate but please don't. Better to just say 'cool a 283rwkw surf'. We had our freshly installed dyno calibrated today and needed a test vehicle so this is what happened. My foreman and good mate Wayne spent an hour or so at the end of the day having a tidy up. We hope to make a few more changes to get to that 300rwkw number(or 400rwhp)
And to note this is how I get to work , take the kids to school and get where ever I need to go. And you would hardly know its in there. Sure does upset a few people to be pasted by an old surf.
Now remember I dont want the dyno debate. Thanks

You guys did some serious work on getting the transmission bolted up properly. Hydro TB looks great. How does your clutch work? Did that unit self adjust a little or did you have to mess around with shimming it?

The box uses a custom bellhousing which fits up easy. The release bearing unit was one of our early setups and we have now improved them alot. The clutch feels very light and easy to use. It is a factory type assembly which self adjusts. Its been driving for over 18 months now. Done a bit of 4x4ing and it drives to work most days.

yep we are just starting to sell them on there own. Have fitted heaps in the conversions through the workshop and are now confident to sell them as a kit setup. Cheers

Nice one Kelvin.

I have an A1 Turbo's R154 bellhousing and flywheel.

Yet to choose clutch. I have a Howe throughout bearing but have been reading about a number of issues with them and need to get a spacer made up to suit so contemplating changing.

Can you PM me prices?

Cheers
Matt.
