twin turbos ??

can some of u kind gentlemen recomend what would be the best turbos to use of the 1uzfe ,cant really afford to put decent turbos on yet(want to suck it and see first with cheapies),been looking at xs power on ebay (yea ive heard good and bad about them).
Not wanting it to spin up too quick as it will be going into a ls200 so dont want the back end spinning all over the place on takeoff so im not to fussed about having a bit of lag.
heres the 2 im looking at but if any oe else can offer any others up feel free

smaller i know but figured cause its runing as a twin its only running a 2lt

For the cheapy turbo I would go with the t57 from xsturbo. head over to clubna-t.com and ask mark for details.
 
Buy closser to home. Some small Precision t3/4 hybrids for twins ?? Or T04Z single ??? .84 A.R for quick response...

In order to build an effective turbo setup, turbo(s) should be selected based upon intended use and desired power. Without that info, there is no way to tell if a partincular turbo(s) will work for you.
 
It seems you're building a turbo system on a budget. That is what I always do...LOL. If you think you don't want the turbo to spool up too fast then you're against most turbo builders. Even if you have the quickest turbo, you might have some lag. That's why most builders try to minimize the lag, but can't completely eliminate it.

I think you aren't looking for high hp so both of your picks don't really matter. For simplicity, just get the T70 and run it. You might have some lags with this big T70, but you'll get the chance to tweak more hp from it later on. Many of us are also curious about these XS Power turbos, so if you can prove they work good, then many of us will appreciate for your try. :bigeyes2:

Or two turbo's off a Volvo, any T3 turbo...
