Why on earth can somebody dig a hole/pond like that? LOL...I think they put a hidden camera somewhere to capture the falls. :umbrella: The ones who dig the hole can be sued. And if it's on the public ground, it'll be a nasty litigation...Nevertheless, it's funny because it startles people but doesn't hurt anyone, literally.

They can be. They are High voltage and frequency, but low amperage. The arc is basically man maid lightning.

I have seen people let smaller ones jump to them. It will burn you.
